1、Production engineer
Responsibilities：
HSE&S capability
1.Achieve the HSE maturity level—functional (include the understanding of SAQ PSM system, safety culture, BBS, PSRA,HSE police, rules and procedure, LSR and LCP,HSE leadership, Safety experience and knowledge.
2.Could do normal Safety Support, like customer SSV, Local site audit.
3.Acts as a qualified observer in the Behavior Based Safety Process.
4.Has general risk assessment experience like HAZOP and skill.
5.Be Involved in MOC implementation and management, could be initiator.
Process/Operation/Project Expertis
1.Fully familiar with field operations in responsible unit.
2.Be able to make, compile update and manage product SOPs to guide production.
3.Training for operators and shift supervisors, to develop the professional skill and process safety knowledge of them.
4.Has basic mechanical, electric and instrument/PLC knowledge which easily to help simple trouble shooting.
5. Production process optimization: follow the production, the product yield, batch time, optimizing process operation, etc. According to the operational procedures in production process real-time monitoring;
6.To process exceptions, accident cause analysis, and puts forward improving methods
7.Assist the production manager in problem analysis, problem solving, and daily production management work;
8.Support for BOM management including BOM creation, review, update and documentation
9.Support PSI management, including update, store, and documentation etc.
10.Support OFIs investigation and helping production to make improving actions.
Communication Skills
1.Assist the TGPC experts, in the trial of new products and new device
2.Communicates effectively within shift team to provide status on production, maintenance & safety related issues.
Job Requirements：
1. Master preferred or Bachelor compensated by proven experience.
2.Chemical Engineering or relevant major.
3.At least 3years relevant working experience, especially in international company.
4.Good English skill in reading, writing, and oral communication

2、Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities：
1.To ensure all of equipment are running well in SHE condition.
2.Manage the team to deliver all physical maintenance activities falling into maintenance execution team in safe, timely, sound quality and efficient manner
3.Develop relevant work procedures and keep them updated
4.Manage daily maintenance work on right track in consistence with AMM process &best practice
5.Cover troubleshooting and root cause investigation working together with relevant engineers if necessary
6.Drive full profile relevant continuous improvement (workshop 5S, efficiency, reliability etc.)
7.Build a strong team and ensure the team competence matching the business need by competence map, gap analysis, gap closure action plan and implementation
8.Setting goals for high execution performance through establishing KPIs & trackin
9.Ensure behavior of the team and managed contractors in line with requirement of site HSE policies & procedures and local regulations without reportable incident and LSR violation
Job Requirements：
1.Chemical mechanic, process control or relevant
2.At least 8 years relevant working experience in petrol-chemical or fine chemical plant, over 2 years of working experience in multinational company.
3.Sound common knowledge & competencies about equipment include mechanical, electrical &instrument.
4.Good communication and strong coordination & scheduling
5.Good people management skill
6.Good skills in use of software (word, excel, PPT, SAP etc.）
7.Good English skills both reading and writing

3、Maintenance& Engineering Manager
Responsibilities：
1.Define, prepare, lead and execute projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques, in order to deliver projects according to objectives.
2.Initiates projects and programs, defines scope and activities, leads decision taking and manages uncertainties and expectations of a varied group of stakeholders.
3.Performance root cause analysis, develop preventative maintenance plans and utilize predictive maintenance techniques to advise on appropriate maintenance planning on capital investments to ensure safety, quality, and reliability of site assets.
4.Conduct the conceptual design, development, cost estimation and optimization and modification of existing production processes by analyzing, advising and implementing integrated ensuring efficient and effective work processes, in accordance with HSE and operations guidelines, site infrastructure regulatory requirements and internal/international standards within project budget, in order to ensure efficient production processes and maximize the reliability, quality, safety, sustainability and efficiency of installations at the optimum level of costs.
5.Manage the engineering technicians and contractors to deliver the maintenance plan and reliability improvement program within agreed budgets.
6.Work with relocation project team closely, identify right facility suppliers and model etc. as contact window in the coming 2 years for the purpose of reliable of new site daily production operation.
Job Requirements：
1.University/academic level with chemical engineering major or equivalent
2.Above 10 years reliability experience and 5 years of experience in maintenance supervising position in the petrochemical or refinery industry
3.Expertise knowledge in one or multiple engineering disciplines, L6S methodology referred
4.Good practical working knowledge of maintenance turnaround scope definition, planning, and execution strategies;
5.Good communication and coordination
6.Good command in English written and oral
7.Strong problem solving & result driven
8.Good leadership
